(hereinafter referred to as "Heaven Charm") for the purpose of informing you and fulfilling our obligation to provide information under Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law"), the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") of the European Union, and other relevant legislation. It relates to the website created by Heaven Charm at https://www.derinne.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "website/internet site"), which aims to publicly offer cosmetic products ("products") owned by Heaven Charm.

To exercise the aforementioned rights, you can submit your written request including the explanation of which right(s) you want to exercise, together with your identity verification document/information, directly in person to the address "Güzeltepe Mah. No: 7/9 Çankaya/ANKARA," or by notary or through the registered electronic mail (KEP) address heaven.charm@hs01.kep.tr, signed with the "secure electronic signature" defined in the Law on Electronic Signature No. 5070.

As per Article 13, paragraph 2 of the Law, the responses to your applications addressed to Heaven Charm will be delivered to you in writing or electronically, depending on the nature of the request, as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest from the date your request reaches Heaven Charm.

Wet signature, mobile signature, and/or secure electronic signature
For Turkish Republic citizens, T.C. identification number; for foreigners, nationality, passport number, or identification number if available
Residence or workplace address for notifications
If available, the email address, phone and fax numbers for notifications
Subject of the request
It is mandatory that the above information is included in your application. In addition, we would like to remind you to attach the information and documents related to your request as the data subject.

Furthermore, if you share a copy of your identity with us, we kindly request that you black out any information other than your name, surname, and address, and explicitly write "this is a copy" on the copy.

Moreover, we would like to remind you that if your request necessitates any cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged to you.
